Job Title:    AI/ML Website Architect

Spantech is looking for an architect to help one of our clients redesign their website so that it consumes AI + ML services within the AWS platform. Candidate will be working directly at one of our clients with other Staff Consultants and will be responsible for architecting a solution from design to implementation phases. The key components to this work will be:

* Build of ML knowledgebases in AWS Bedrock and ETL processes for source data.

* Design and integration of AI assisted chat on website to leverage general Q&A Intent as well as transfer to Live support agents on Amazon Connect.

* Development of secure API's hosted on an AWS API Gateway.

* Updates to .Net website forms to display dynamic content by leveraging AI and AWS API services.

Knowledge in AWS Services is required as it pertains to Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, AWS API Gateway and Amazon Connect. Experience with .Net, C#, and jQuery is preferred. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and above average communication skills. NO THRID PARTIES PLEASE. Must be authorized to work in the US.
